Book your appointment

With this form you request an appointment, and we confirm it by phone or email. You can ask for any weekday (Monday to Friday) from the second working day after today. We only ask for what we need: the reason for your visit, the day and time of day you’d prefer, your name and a phone number. Your email address is optional.

If you give us your email address, you’ll also receive an acknowledgement. The person responsible for your data is Ole Højer (Ole Optica). We use it to manage your appointment and delete it after 12 months. You can access it, correct it, ask us to delete it and exercise your other rights as explained in our privacy policy.

Before you come

• The eye test is free, and we set aside an hour for you.
• If you wear glasses or contact lenses, bring them along: we’ll compare your current prescription with the new one.
• Already a customer and need to reorder your contact lenses? Choose ‘Contact lenses’ as the reason for your visit.
• We speak English, Spanish, German and Danish: choose your language on the form.
