Cookie policy

We only use analytics cookies, and only if you accept them.

Last updated: October 2026.

This is a translation of the original Spanish text. If the two versions differ, the Spanish version prevails.

What cookies are

A cookie is a small text file that a website stores in your browser to remember something about your visit. There are similar techniques, such as the browser’s local storage, and we explain those here too.

What this website uses

Very little: one technical item to remember your choice about cookies and, only if you accept them, the analytics cookies from Google Analytics. We do not use advertising or social media cookies.

ole_consent: your choice about cookies

  • What it is: an item saved in your browser’s local storage. It is not a cookie and it is not sent to any server.
  • Whose it is: this website’s.
  • What it is for: it remembers whether you accept or reject analytics cookies, and when you decided, so that you are not asked on every page.
  • How long it lasts: 24 months. After that, we ask you again.
  • It is strictly necessary: it is used to respect your choice, so it does not need your consent.

_ga and _ga_<ID>: Google Analytics

  • What they are: the analytics cookies of Google Analytics 4. The first, _ga, tells one visitor from another using a random number; the second, _ga_<ID>, where <ID> is the code of our Google Analytics account, stores the state of the visit.
  • Whose they are: they belong to Google, which manages them and processes the data, although they are stored under this website’s domain.
  • What they are for: to find out how many people visit us, which pages they read and what they do on them (request an appointment, call, change language or open a frequently asked question), so that we can improve the website.
  • How long they last: up to 2 years, which is Google’s default setting.
  • Only after you accept: until you accept them, the website does not load anything from Google or store these cookies.

Google explains how it uses this data on its page about sites that use its services.

How to accept, reject or change your mind

The first time you visit, a notice asks whether you accept analytics cookies. Accepting them is as easy as rejecting them, and the website works the same either way.

Your choice lasts 24 months, but you can change it whenever you like with the ‘Cookie preferences’ button at the bottom of any page. If you withdraw your consent, the website stops using Google Analytics and deletes its cookies.

You can also delete or block cookies and website data in your browser settings, usually in the privacy section.

Links to other websites

Links to Google Maps, Google reviews or Facebook take you to their websites, which have their own cookies and policies. This website does not embed content from those platforms, so they do not install anything while you are here.
